How to store and serve Champagne :

Storage :

  • Store horizontally in a cool, dark and dry place.
  • Our Champagne can be opened any time after disgorging, as its ageing took place in our cellar on the lees.

Service :

  • Serve at 8-10° C
  • Use appropriate glasses (« flutes » or « coupes » hand-washed and wiped).

Conservation :

  • Use an hermetic cork and keep in a cool place.

      Hope the harvest is well over and you are satisfied with the result.

      We are 4 people who have tasted different Champagnes in the last 10 years, and we are now going on our 3rd trip to Champagne.
      We think we would like to visit your beautiful town of Bouzy, Wednesday 12 October, and would like to know if you are open for visits and if it would be possible to hear your story and what approach you have to your production method.
      Unfortunately, we do not speak French very well, so it would please us if it were possible to get your story in English.
