our Bouzy-Rouge
Elaboration of our Bouzy-Rouge :
the Bouzy Rouge is a still red wine obtained from the maceration of the grapes, symbol of the terroir of Bouzy, reknown for the quality and delicacy of its Pinot Noir.
For this wine, we choose the best plots, planted with qualitative varietals (Cercets and Assises) and we select the grapes by hand. Our Bouzy Rouge is vinified in thermo-regulated tanks (pre-fermentary cold maceration) and ages in oak barrels.
Tasting notes :
Rubis red robe, red fruits aromas (blackberry, strawberry) with hints of minty chocolate.
Very light tanins : it will perfectly match with your white meat and cheeses.

En train de déguster votre cuvée Bouzy Rouge. Beaucoup de plaisir sur cette cuvée fine et tendue. L’acidité est vive, et salivante; les notes de petits fruits rouges acidulés sont enrobés par des notes évoluées de sous-bois, marqueur vertical du terroir comme le Pinot-Noir sait s’en faire le témoin. Merci et bravo, c’est d’un charme et d’un raffinement qui saura toucher les palais avertis en recherche de raffinement. Quelque part entre Alsace et Bourgogne, aussi bien sur le plan géographique que gustatif.
